Village Lakes is located in Mason, Warren County, Ohio. Our community includes 506 homes -- a mix of 219 single family dwellings and 288 condominiums. Our homes were designed and built by Drees Homes.
 
We are a planned unit development with services and amenities funded through annual dues, paid by property owners. Management Plus, AAMC is our management company and association administrative arm. The community operates under a set of By-laws. A Board of Directors elected by the homeowners is the governing body of the community. Board meetings are open to everyone (owners and renters alike) and residents are encouraged to attend to share ideas, concerns, suggestions and comments about our community.
